• We accept credit cards: Mastercard, Visa,  American Express and Bank card: Maestro
• We make a reservation in the amount of 1 night on your credit card 5 days prior to your arrival.
• Full payment upon arrival.
• All guests are required to present a valid credit card upon check in.
• All guests must present a proper photo identification upon check in.
• Upon check–out, AI Apartment manager will check the condition of the apartment;

1. In case of no damage or violation of AI Apartments property, your credit card  will not be charged.

2. In case of damage or violation of AI Apartments property, we will charge your credit on departure.

3. In case of damage or violation of AI Apartments property and leaving without regular check-out, we will charge your credit card in period of 48h after your check out in the amount of the damage , which will be assessed by the AI Apartments manager.

Cancelling reservation

• If cancelled or modified up to 5 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of 1 night  will be charged.
• In case of no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• Cancelling after check-in is not possible.
